Envisioning the Project – Pre-Design Phase |

| Through
the earliest project stages, PMI helps clients make well informed
decisions regarding the overall project development strategies,
as well as any specific features that will facilitate the ultimate
success of the project. PMI starts by arranging for and providing
input to feasibility studies that include all characteristics (e.g.
function, size, cost, financing, location, services, and utilities),
and ends with the client’s developed criteria for the project.
Specific services may include: |

- Technical and financial feasibility
studies, including investigation of, and assistance with,
financing arrangements.
- Land use and site selection studies,
including studies of alternative project sites and recommendation
of a preferred site, and studies and recommendations of
the most effective land-use strategies.
- Land acquisition assistance Utilities
studies, including programmatic needs, availability, and
development cost and potential.
- Conceptual planning, including
outline time schedules and cash flow studies for the different
project phase, i.e. pre-design (selection of design consultants),
design, procurement, construction, and post-construction
