Management International (known as PMI)
was established in the mid’ 1990s.
A subsidiary company of RBSD Architects of New York (est.
1908) Its purpose is to meet the construction market’s need
for project management services On average, 15% of the construction
budget of a project is wasted due to shortcomings in the
coordination and management of the design and construction
processes PMI provides the necessary management services
to avoid budget and schedule losses.
Since
its inception, PMI has skillfully navigated its clients
through the often-complex design and construction processes
of their projects in Egypt.
